21-22 Apr 2022 London (United Kingdom)

Parallel Sessions

Parallel sessions take place on the second floor in rooms (from S2-01 to S2-06). Each room is mapped to a zoom room counterpart (see links below). Online rooms can also be located from within Gather Town.

Each 90 minute session has 3 or 4 papers. Sessions with 4 papers should have 20 minute presentations per paper, plus a couple of minutes for questions. Sessions with 3 papers should have 20-25 minute presentations per paper, plus 5-10 minutes for questions.

Session chairs are asked to keep the time to ensure that all papers have their assigned time and sessions do not overrun. They will be made host in the virtual room so that they can moderate between onsite and online questions where time permits.

All onsite presenters are asked to bring their presentation slides on a USB stick to their session's room during any break before their session, at the latest 10-15 minutes before your session starts. Online presenters, are encouraged to join their session during the preceding pause in order to test their microphone setup.
